The clubhouse is a programme spread across levels and courtyard rather than a single enclosed building, and amenity lists on any pre-possession project are developer-stated intent. What is built is what appears in the sanctioned plan and the eventual handover, which is why it is worth asking the desk which items are in the sanctioned layout versus the brochure.

Four pools, each with a different job

The project documents four swimming pools rather than one: a lap pool, a tropical pool, an all-weather heated pool, and a kids' pool with a sand beach. Three entries worth pausing on

Item 20, Eldeco 7 Peaks Galleria (Retail). The brochure captions it "Galleria-Curated Retail At Your Doorstep" — retail inside the gate, on a plot where the nearest mall on the deck's own table is The Grand Venice at 5.1 km. Whether a forgotten carton of milk is a lift ride or a car journey is decided by what that block ends up holding, so ask what it is planned for and when it is scheduled to open relative to the homes.

Item 7, the senior citizen alcove (the deck's version of the legend calls it a Senior Citizen Garden), read together with item 8's reflexology path. In a household buying a three-bedroom home with parents in it, a shaded, seated, level place within walking distance of the tower door gets used every single day — more than the pools will.

Item 24, golf cart parking. A small line with a large implication: the plan expects buggy movement across a ground plane the documents describe as largely free of cars. Worth asking whether a buggy service is committed in the maintenance scope or simply drawn on the plan, because that answer belongs in writing rather than in a legend.
