The price list prints seven separate lines above and beyond the basic price, and this is the complete set of charge heads that appear on it: preferential location charge, which varies both by facing and by floor band; car parking, with an additional optional bay; club membership; interest-free maintenance security; lease rent; power backup, quoted per KVA with a per-configuration minimum load; and annual maintenance, charged per sq.ft of carpet area per month from possession.
